Building Visual Stories with The Arboretum San Antonio
In addition to my work in film, I continue collaborating with Arboretum San Antonio as the organization’s Visual Storyteller, documenting its growth and helping share the stories behind the people working to bring a world-class arboretum to San Antonio.
Through photography, video, and documentary storytelling, this ongoing work highlights the land, the volunteers, and the vision shaping the future of the Arboretum. It has been a rewarding opportunity to blend filmmaking with community engagement while capturing the evolution of a project rooted deeply in stewardship and education.
The next event I’ll be covering is the Arboretum’s first ArBird Day Fiesta, taking place on Sunday, April 26th—a celebration dedicated to trees, birds, and everything in between.
