‘Transmute’ follows Missy, a young dancer consumed by a dark obsession, as she stages a surreal performance in her apartment, surrounded by hundreds of pink balloons and set to a haunting tune. What begins as a graceful dance soon spirals into an unsettling, chaotic routine as Missy loses herself in the rhythm, her movements becoming more erratic and violent. The performance blurs the line between art and madness, as she struggles to control her body and her mind.
